This stuff is important, so please read before completing your request form!⟶ I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason.⟶ Not first come first served. If you send a request, there is a chance I will not reply back.⟶ I work best with younger, androgynous looking characters, but I am able to draw young adults and masculine traits as well.⟶ W.I.P.s will be provided when requested.⟶ No major changes will be permitted once I have received payment.⟶ Your commission will be drawn in my style, with my artistic interpretation. Any request to change parts of the commission that involves altering my art style in any way will be declined.⟶ Once my slots are full, you can apply to a wait list via E-Mail which will notify you once they open back up again. If you sent a request whilst my commissions were open and never recieved a response back, you will be contacted once I am ready to take more slots.///////////////////////////////////////////////////////////REG. COMMISSION REQUESTS⟶ Regular Commissions are for personal use only. If you are intending on using your commission for commercial usage, please make note of that in your request form so we can discuss.⟶ If you believe request does not fall into any of the categories I have provided, please choose the closest option and make note of that in your request form. For example, a reference sheet or character design would fall in the Collage Drawing option. Please note that you will most likely be paying extra in this case.⟶ I accept fanart requests, ships, OCs, fictional animals, furries, and self inserts/sonas. I do not accept requests involving real people/actors or animals, RPF (Real Person Fiction), or highly complicated mechs.⟶ I am generally accepting of all sorts of scenarios, kinks, etc. However, there are certain exceptions to this in which a request cannot be fulfilled. (e.g, scat, messy diapers, inflation, and others not listed.)~Defined Terms:⟶ Extra Character/Element: A second character or object that would take up significant space in the illustration. (e.g. Animals and vehicles are included, disembodied hands and furniture are not.) In the request form, please specify the number of extras you would like in your commission. If you are unsure if it counts, feel free to ask.⟶ Environmental Background: A complex background that will put your character(s) in a more immersive scenario. (For character drawings, elaborate frames and borders do count towards an environmental background.)⟶ Explicit NSFW/Kink: If it consists of sexual acts that involve penetration of any intensity in any hole, I consider the request "explicit NSFW."
Nudity/ecchi is not included in this.
I consider eroguro, gore, BDSM, or anything extreme to be "explicit kink." Fetishes are not included in this. If you are confused on if your request is an explicit NSFW / Kink request, feel free to ask.⟶ Complexity Fees: Any element in the drawing that will cause me extra time and effort. Alts that require minimal effort, such as a change of expression, are free add-ons. Pose changes or undressing will fall under the complexity fee. Adding more than one pose change will add onto the complexity fee by $30/each. Elements that I consider to be complex are intricate character designs, certain kinds of furniture, vehicles, and machines.///////////////////////////////////////////////////////////VTUBER COMMISSION REQUESTS⟶ It is expected to be communicative during the entire process in order for your model to turn out as best as possible.⟶ If requesting Model Art + Rigging, you will recieve Regalia's method of contact, and will be expected to communicate with him as well.⟶ If you come across any issues or dissatisfaction with your model, please speak out on it as soon as possible!⟶ You are free to request any additional add-ons (such as new outfits and toggles) at any time after I finish your initial commission request.⟶ Model art will be delivered in a high quality PSD format, layered, and ready to be rigged.///////////////////////////////////////////////////////////PAYMENT & COMMISSION PROCESS⟶ Payments are accepted via Paypal or Stripe invoice.⟶ An invoice will be sent out after you receive and approve of the sketch.⟶ Refunds and cancellations are not accepted once your payment has been received.⟶ If I deem myself unable to complete a commission for any reason, then I will issue a refund along with the progress I have made.⟶ Commission times will vary depending on multiple factors, unless I give you a heads up, you can expect your commission to be delivered in a month at most.⟶ Expect pricing to increase in the future. If I increase my pricing in the middle of your request, please note that you are only required to pay what has been already negotiated.
